EGR Properties has been managing properties for 7 years in all areas
of the city. We started by managing rental properties, so we have
a lot of experience with all types of maintenance issues. By using
our experience managing apartment buidlings, we can provide a unique
service to condominium owners.
Unlike most management companies,
we offer full service condominium management, which means that any
problem that you have, inside your unit or in the common area, we will
help you handle. If you have a clogged
sink in your unit, call us, and we will send a plumber out, and if you
want the repair done when you aren't home, just drop off a key, and
we can supervise all work done in your condo.
Because we already have a full time maintenance staff, we don't
gouge you with our prices. We have very reasonable hourly rates for
work both in your buildling, and in your individual apartments.
